About Me

- Location: Valrico, Florida, United States
I was born in El Paso, TX, the daughter of an Army Officer and Lithuanian Homemaker. I grew up in Lake Alfred, FL, where my grandparents had retired. I went to Auburndale High School and graduated with honors in 1988. Then I attended the University of Florida and graduated with a BA in English in 1993. My intentions were to be a high school teacher, but since I was not patient enough to work with kids, I pursued a different career path. I started working in the insurance industry in 1993 and opened my own insurance agency in 2001. I have a husband, David, and we have been married since 1999. He is also in the insurance industry and a graduate of UF. We have four children: Robert, born 2000, William born 2003, Sara Lilly born 2006 and Davd Jr. born 2007. I enjoy working out a few times per week, running my own business with six employees and relaxing with my girlfriends and a glass of wine. David and I also enjoy going to concerts and to UF football games in the fall. We are avid Gator fans, have season tickets, and I am a past-president of the UFAA Tampa Gator Club.
